One of the great things about having close ties to other photographers is that when you ever need help with something there's always someone to call on. So when a fellow photographer in Armidale let out a call seeking assistance with a wedding she was no longer able to photograph I was delighted to find that I was able to help her and the couple out.
Fiona was getting ready at her Aunt and Uncle's property "Willow Park", a magnificent 1500 ha grazing property situated about ten minutes from Guyra in the New England highlands. The house and gardens were lovely and we were able to capture some really beautiful images of Fi getting ready.
Fi's gown was from designer Helen English, and her flowers were from Rosemerin Florist in Armidale.
The ceremony was to be held nearby at Robert's property "Mt William", and as we headed over and saw the beautiful landscape we knew that we were going to get some great images. The ceremony was lovely and one highlight was Fi's beloved dog Tess as the ringbearer!
Afterwards we got the family shots including this classic of Robert's nephews.
The property had so many great locations - I was in photography heaven!
Robert looked very suave in his suit - no bull!
And to cap off a beautiful day we had an amazing sunset.
Congratulations Fi and Robert, you were great fun and we loved being a part of your special day. We wish you all the best for a wonderful future!
I've been checking your blog since you posted our wedding photo's they're all beautiful. You're very talented (and I'm not biased now!!). I'm sure everyone you work with is thrilled with the results.
Just thought I'd let you know.

Beautiful shots as always Antony, love the feel that comes with rural shots like these.

The creativity used to capture the beauty of the bride, the boyish handsomeness of the groom set in the most surreal rural setting is quite exquisite, congratualations. My mother and I were unableto attend due to being flooded in as well as poor health on the day, so through your wonderful photography we now feel part of the magnificent day - minus the food, wine and company. Thank you.
