When Bianca and Clayton first enquired with us they were disappointed to find we were already booked for their day. However, they met with our associate photographer Graeme and liked him and his work, and so they booked him for their wedding! What does that mean? It means I am SUPER busy this week processing two weddings, one engagement shoot and a commercial job! Wow!
Clayton and Bianca were getting married at Opal Cove Resort, and the day dawned to a light rain. Apparently this was expected, because Bianca said that they had rain on the day Clayton proposed, at their engagement party, and on the day they moved in together! Apparently it would feel funny not to have rain on the wedding day! Thankfully it didn't hang around. :o)
Graeme started with the girls. Bianca has the most amazing eyes!
There was no doubting that the girls were in the mood for a mega-fun day!
Their ceremony was out on the lawn, and the celebrant was the wonderful Catherine Campbell. Did I mention that Clayton was tall? He is SO tall he barely fit under the umbrella! Graeme had to get on the ground to shoot this one!
Afterwards it was time for some fun on the beach and around the grounds!
Bianca and Clayton had chosen to get the Crazybooth for their reception, and it was aptly named because these guys went OFF! Here's some of the ones that are G rated! :o)
I'm guessing that they might not be showing this picture at their 50th wedding anniversary!
There was some drinking going on...
And plenty of dancing!
And some other stuff as well!
Thanks Bianca and Clayton for letting North Coast Photography capture your day, Graeme and Jade said you were a lot of fun to spend the day with, and from the look of the Crazybooth photos I have to agree!
Thanks also to Graeme and Jade, who photographed their last wedding for us! Graeme and Jade have a young family and as a result weekends are getting more precious and so they will be concentrating on their childrens portraiture now. You two are wonderful and we will miss you!
