Wow, after the fun of a family filled Easter it's time to get back to work, and the first thing on the agenda is Tom and Ellen's amazing country wedding!
We knew their day was going to be spectacular - after all their engagement session in Sydney last August had some of our favourite images from all of last year! Add to that, Ellen had shown us her mood book, with her concept design and we were so excited about it - even in it's infancy it was inspiring! As expected, we were not to be disappointed by the finished event, it was truly memorable!
The wedding was held on her family property "Monteray" just outside Tamworth, and Ellen and Tom and their family and friends had spent weeks getting it ready. In fact when we arrived the day before to look at locations the house was a hive of activity, and everything looked beautiful! We now only had to hope that the wedding day, which was forecast to have rain, stayed nice and dry.
Anyway, on to the photos, I hope you like these as much as we do - Tom and Ellen are an amazing couple, and it was such a privilege to be able to photograph their incredible day. Enjoy!
Wow! I think that's also a record for number of images in one of our blog posts! What an incredible day, and such a tribute to the vision of Ellen and Tom!
Finally, I need to apologise! Our normal wedding guest cards advise that the wedding gallery will be up two weeks after the wedding day, but for some reason I picked the wrong date for these ones, with the result that family and friends have been trying to see the gallery this week, instead of next Monday! Sorry about that, but the good news is that the gallery will now be up by Friday, and can be accessed from the proofing section of our website, per the details on your cards. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the mix-up!

What can I say... I've just re-lived the beautiful wedding! Your photos truly captured the ambiance of the day and the love shared between Tom and Ellen.. Honestly... the best wedding photographs I've ever seen. Top job guys!

Such a beautiful wedding with beautiful details. It's rare to see a wedding like this in Australia. So glad you guys got to shoot it and do such a wonderful job with it. :-)
